My name is Sylvia Fong. I manage day to day office operations and I bring over 18+ years of experience. 13 of those years working for Dr. Alvarado in medical office administration. I’ am adept in-patient billing payment collection, managing staff, and IT troubleshooting. I strive to create an efficient and welcoming medical office for everyone, including staff and patients, Through healthy communication, compassion for all, and most importantly love. My passion and joy is to continue to expand my overall knowledge for patient needs and best medical practice alongside Dr. Alvarado and our amazing staff. I really enjoy spending time with my family and at Dr. Alvarado’s office, we are all family!!!!!
