The entrance to the parking garage is located on Pico.

Simply take the elevator to the 3rd Floor and you will see signs to our practice in suite 340.

ECA CONCIERGE FAQ’s

Is Dr. Alvarado still accepting medical insurance?

Absolutely! Your Insurance will continue to be billed as usual with the exception of services covered by the membership which will include your Annual Executive Physical exam ( Pap smears for females if necessary that will no longer require a separate visit) EKG’s, and a Body Scan. We are simply adding a membership fee to continue being seen at the practice which is billed separate from your medical insurance. Think of the ECA Concierge membership like a Costco membership, but for your health. Just as Costco provides exclusive access to a world of bulk savings and premium products, the ECA Concierge membership grants VIP access to personalized healthcare and an amazing Doctor who genuinely cares about your well being.

Is Dr. Alvarado closing her practice?

Under no circumstances, Dr. Alvarado is a board certified physician and is in good standing with her internal medicine license; on the contrary we’re refining and reducing the patient volume to allow for a deeper level of care, more access, unhurried appointments, and quicker appointments to schedule with Dr. Alvarado.

Is Dr. Alvarado moving?

In the future we plan on moving to a bigger space in the general vicinity that can better accommodate our staff and patient needs. Currently, we will remain at Raymond and will notify you if/when we do move.

Can I pay monthly?

The medical practice DOES NOT finance and the ECA membership is required to be paid in full. However, two really good options to consider are Care Credit which offer 0% interest for 18 months and NO ANNUAL FEES. Or you can use an HSA CARD ( Health Savings Account ) to pay for membership fees.

I DON'T have insurance - can I still see Dr. Alvarado?

Absolutely!

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

Please bring the following items to your first appointment:

    • Health Insurance Card
    • Driver’s License
    • Paperwork (if you were not able to email this back)
    • Payment Method

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to provide enough time to ensure all your paperwork is completed and to verify your insurance information

How long will my appointment take?

Typically 30 to 45 minutes or until you feel you have had all your questions/concerns answered.

My insurance has changed - what do I need to do?

If your insurance has changed, please email us a copy of your new insurance card. at ECAOffice@ecamdinc.com

Please be sure to include a photo of both the front and back of the insurance card.

What services are offered?

ECA M.D. Inc offers many services including Primary Care, Preventative Care, and Aesthetic Services. Vitamin Infusions are also offered at our office with our partner Rapid IV.

How can I get a perscription refilled?

How can I see my medical records?

Please send your request to us at ECAOffice@ecamdinc.com to get a copy of your medical records.

How and when will I get my test results?

Test results can take several days to receive the results depending on the lab and the type of test.

The turnaround time can be up to 10 days to allow for ECA M.D. Inc. to receive and review your test results.

A follow up appointment will be scheduled to review the results, or one of our medical team will call you with the results.

Please note that test results will never be left on voicemail.
