Why ECA Concierge Medicine?

This transition is motivated by a commitment to offering you more personalized, comprehensive care. Under the traditional insurance model, time constraints and administrative demands often limited the attention we can dedicate to your unique needs.

ECA Concierge Medicine allows us to provide:

• Longer, more relaxed appointments to address your healthcare concerns in-depth.
• Faster scheduling for urgent needs, minimizing wait times.
• Direct communication with me to ensure seamless care coordination.

This change will help restore the personal, patient-centered experience that has always been my main goal and passion.

What’s New for ECA Concierge Members?

As a reminder, membership in the ECA Concierge practice will include:

• Executive physical exams at no additional cost, complete with preventive health screenings (e.g., ECG, Body Scans, and Pap Smear (Female/Optional)) without needing separate appointments.
• Personalized wellness plans to promote your overall health and longevity.
• No charges for missed appointments, same-day cancellations, or forms/
  letters required for work and/or other purposes.
• Direct physician to physician hospital care coordination at Huntington Hospital.
• Knee Arthritis Program with Hyaluronic acid injections. (Billed with Insurance)
• Exclusive member discounts on select aesthetic and wellness treatments, including:
  • Botox.
  • PRP injections (shoulder, knee, or hair regrowth).
  • PRP facials.
  • Prolon weight loss/anti-aging products.
  • Rapid IV infusion therapy.

Membership Details

Memberships will remain limited to ensure we can deliver this high level of personalized care and white glove service. As a current patient, you have priority access to enroll, and will be capped.

Annual Membership Fees:

• Individual: $2,000 year ($166/month).
• Couples: $3,600/year ($300/month).
• Family bundles: Contact the office for details.

Supporting Non-Members

Even if you choose not to join, you can still access aesthetic and wellness services such as
Botox, PRP (Hair, Knee, and Shoulder ) treatments, Knee Arthritis Program with Hyaluronic acid injections. and IV infusions without a membership. However, you will need a primary care doctor to manage your general medical needs.
